Corrections Policy
Report an error
Email hello@chaimediagroup.com with the publication name, article URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, and supporting evidence. Accessibility and privacy requests can also be routed through our Contact page.
How reports are reviewed
The editorial team reviews the report against available evidence and determines whether a correction, clarification, update, or retraction is appropriate. A request does not automatically establish that the article is wrong. We may ask for supporting information.
Corrections, clarifications, and updates
A significant factual correction should include a dated note explaining the error and the corrected information. A clarification explains wording that could mislead readers without necessarily reversing an underlying fact. An update adds information that became available later. Routine spelling or formatting repairs need not carry a substantial correction notice.
If the central premise of a piece cannot be supported, the editorial team should consider a retraction with an explanation. Changes should also be reflected in CMG-controlled distributions where practicable.
